Check your company name against EU trade marks

When the EU Inc goes live, the register will automatically check every proposed name against Union and national trade marks. You can run that check now — and avoid a rejection later.

Note: this does not reserve the name. No register exists yet that could reserve anything, and nobody can give you priority.
